The Population Distribution of Ratios of Usual Intakes of Dietary Components That Are Consumed Every Day Can Be Estimated from Repeated 24-Hour Recalls

This paper describes a statistical method to estimate the ratio of usual intakes and derives its distribution from 24-hour dietary recall data. The coding required for applying this statistical approach to a dataset is included among the set of macros for the National Cancer Institute (NCI) method, available online.
