GDQS Meal and Menu Metric Toolkit

The GDQS Meal and Menu metrics were developed to measure the nutritional quality of meals and menus provided in institutional feeding settings (e.g., school meal programs) while also providing actionable data related to the inclusion of healthy foods, unhealthy foods, fortified and biofortified foods, and food group diversity. This Toolkit was developed as part of Intake's efforts to ensure the easy adoption of the GDQS Meal and Menu metrics.
