Measurement Errors in Dietary Assessment Using Self-Reported 24-Hour Recalls in Low-Income Countries and Strategies for Their Prevention

This paper reviews potential sources of both random and systematic errors during the process of data collection using self-reported 24HDR in LIC settings. It also provides strategies to minimize these errors.
