Manuel de Quantification Standardisée des Denrées Alimentaires en Belgique

This document, in French, provides data for a listing of foods on weight per household measure, portion, or unit; ‘partie comestible’ (edible portion); ‘facteur de reduction’ (reduction factor); ‘perte de poids lors de la preparation’ (weight loss due to preparation); and ‘absorption de graisse lors de la preparation’ (fat absorption). Densities for some foods can be computed from the weight and volume measures provided.
