Establishing Desirable Fortificant Levels for Calcium, Iron, and Zinc in Foods for Infant and Young Child Feeding: Examples from Three Asian Countries

This paper reports on the application of the World Health Organization's recommended procedures for establishing desirable fortificant levels for three problem micronutrients (calcium, iron, and zinc) in children's diets, based on 24-hour dietary recall data collected in the Philippines, Mongolia, and Cambodia.
